Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCSG) is seeking candidates to apply for the newly-created Tax Compliance Assistant position at the corporate office in Bensalem, PA. HCSG is the leading provider of facilities support services to the long-term care industry in the U.S. and operates in 47 states.
The successful candidate would provide support for the Director of Taxes on a FT basis. The primary responsibility would be the monthly sales & use tax return filing process. Other responsibilities will be to provide support for the preparation of income tax returns, the quarterly income tax provision, and other non-income tax filings.
Prospective candidates must have 2 – 4 years of corporate taxation experience in public accounting or in industry. Experience in sales & use taxes preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates with CPA certification and/or MST are preferred. Experience with professional corporate tax software, such as Sabrix, Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting, or equivalents, is mandatory. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs is mandatory.
