Food services consist of the development of a menu that meets the residents’ dietary needs, purchasing and preparing the food to assure that residents receive an appetizing meal, and participation in monitoring the residents’ on-going nutritional status. On-site management is responsible for all daily food service activities, with regular support being provided by a district manager specializing in food service, as well as a registered dietitian.
We also provide consulting services to facilities to assist them in cost containment and improve their food service operations.
