The Going Beyond Assistance Fund (GBAF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was formed by HCSG to serve as a charitable employer-sponsored disaster relief organization to provide emergency, hardship, and disaster assistance, to HCSG employees and their dependents or family members.

The GBAF relies primarily on individual donations from employees and generous partners to fund this program. Whether a recurring donation or a one-time gift, a contribution, when combined with the donations of others, makes a meaningful difference for other members of the HCSG family who unexpectedly find themselves in need.

The 1-2-3 Payroll Deduction Initiative is simple. If a $1 payroll deduction is set up from 2% of HCSG employees, we can more than triple the number of grants the Going Beyond Assistance Fund is able to provide annually.
