Leadership Empowerment
The Leadership Empowerment Apprenticeship Program (LEAP) guides a team of talented individuals into management positions with a commitment as an organization to provide a pathway to fulfill career ambitions.
The Leadership Empowerment Apprenticeship Program (LEAP) is one of the first healthcare management apprenticeships registered with the Department of Labor for dining and environmental services. The 12-month program is uniquely designed to educate field-level employees on essential skills within dining or environmental services to prepare them for management opportunities within HCSG.
Since its inception in 2021, half a dozen associates have completed the program and been promoted into leadership roles.
Manager-In-Training Program
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program teaches prospective managers how to successfully manage partner accounts; including:
