I understand the journey to recovery can be long and come with struggles. I want residents to know they have support at every stage of their journey, so they can be back on their feet, clean and healthy.

A delicious, nutritious meal can be as comforting as a ‘home remedy’ that soothes the soul. Food can bring people together, and consistent, quality meals establish trust. Some residents may have not known where or when their next meal would come from, which makes excellent meal service essential.

I love HCSG’s commitment to open, transparent communication. It is a great feeling knowing that we all come from different backgrounds but we all have the same mission of ensuring our residents receive the best care possible.

I keep my team focused and motivated by supporting their needs with hands-on learning and support. Communication is key in how we operate. We constantly check in with each other throughout the day to make sure every resident’s dietary needs are being met.

We love engaging with residents in fun and meaningful ways. One event we hosted was a Burgers & Bingo night, which brought everyone together for great food, music, and games! The winners even received cute rubber duckies as prizes. It was a fantastic way to connect and brighten their day.
