HCSG Celebrates Hospital Week in Los Angeles

Earlier this Spring, the Healthcare Services Group’s (HCSG) Dining team at the Los Angeles Downtown Medical Center (LADMC) celebrated Hospital Week during the first week of May. The week was filled with events, including skills fairs and celebrations to honor the dedicated staff within the healthcare community.

Chef Enchill enthusiastically stated, “Our culinary staff wants to showcase our ability to produce authentic cultural dishes. Who wouldn’t love Cebu Lechon or another national dish of the Philippines like Adobo? Let’s bring these beloved dishes right to their doorstep.”

Willie and the rest of HCSG’s dining team prepared for an estimated 350 people, sourcing authentic ingredients to ensure each dish was as genuine as possible. Each dish was thoughtfully designed,  bringing a taste of home to the hardworking staff at LADMC.

The LADMC staff indulged and appreciated the food to end a wonderful week. The devotion and creativity of all team members, from cooks and dietary aides to managers and executive chefs, truly made the event enjoyable for everyone involved. Each team member was hands-on and eager to learn for future culinary events.
