Employee of the Quarter
As a partner committed to excellence, we want to be engaged and supportive of the overall care and quality provided to residents in the Mission Health communities. That is why, starting Q1’24, we will recognize employees who go above and beyond in their everyday service and are committed to quality standards and resident satisfaction. We believe this recognition will foster teamwork within the department and across each community. One employee per quarter will be selected through a nomination process from Mission Health and HCSG leaders. The selected winner will be recognized with a $250 bonus, plaque, certificate, and presentation.
