Community outreach and support.
Our commitment to serving others extends beyond the workplace through outreach initiatives that address community needs and foster positive change. A key part of this effort is the Going Beyond Assistance Fund (GBAF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created by HCSG to provide emergency, hardship, and disaster assistance to our employees, their dependents, and family members. Funded by donations from employees and generous partners, the GBAF embodies our culture of compassion and support, ensuring we stand by our team members and their families in times of need.
