The state-specific courses have undergone updates, and you will see them refreshed on your dashboard. If you have already completed this training for 2024 via initial enrollment cycle or self-enroll, please contact Training@HCSGCorp.com.

Oregon LGBTQIA2S+ training

The State of Oregon is requiring that all employees of Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities complete state-approved LBGTQIA2S+ training by December 31st, 2024. In order to meet the deadline, HCSG employees must complete the Oregon Care Partner’s course called “Providing Inclusive Care: Training for Oregon Long-Term Care Facility Staff” as soon as possible.

After December 31st, all new hires must complete this training on hire. The training team is working to create a shorter version of this course and will submit it for approval by the state. When accomplished, we will begin to utilize the new shorter version. Be on the lookout for this enrollment.

Learning path enrollees — Click the ‘learning path’ tab in your dashboard to see the full list of courses that will be assigned to you. Each course is assigned one at a time as you progress through the pathway.
LearnUpon accounts for new hires are usually available 1–2 days after the employee’s profile appears on the HUB.
The B.A.G. (Building at a Glance) App syncs daily from 6am – 7:15am EST . Please refrain from pulling reports during this time period.
If more than one LearnUpon user is sharing the same computer, please log out of the previous user’s account and log in before starting your own training. LearnUpon accounts are linked to each employee’s personal EEID.
